We worked with Woodland Trust on a far reaching study into landowners and professionals who worked with landowners across the UK to help Woodland Trust determine who were the key influencers in advising, providing information and maintenance and planting of trees and woods. The project involved interviewing landowners who owned land ranging from large estates to smallholdings, from arable to croft, from the Welsh Mountains to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We also spoke to Vets, agronomists, seed and feed merchants and land agents. Our work has helped shape future contract and education strategy.
Arts Council England
We worked with a consortium of 5 museums in Bath exploring how they could encourage more visitors, increase visits between the museums, encourage more frequent visits and explore the visitor experience. This was benchmarked against other leading museums and art galleries across the UK. Our work involved accompanied visits, exit interviews, desk research and interviewing a range of visitors (international and national) museum staff, tour guides and volunteers. Our work helped develop new visitor engagement programmes and new co-operative programmes between museums helping to increase visitor numbers.
UNICEF pioneered a new way of regular giving via text and wanted to explore amongst existing and non-donors how this was perceived as a fundraising tool and to see whether there were opportunities in developing it further as part of their regular giving strategy. We ran a range of focus groups and gained new insight into donors motivations to donating to UNICEF beyond Emergency Appeals.
